Head of Estates

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Estates to lead the strategic development of the Devon & Cornwall Police and Dorset Police Estate to meet the organisation’s business needs and associated aspects of service delivery.

The Police and Crime Commissioner 'owns' all police property and land. The Estates Development function is under the direction and control of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, and is delivered through the day to day tasking of the Buildings and Estates Department by the Head of Estates.

The Head of Estates and the staff within the Building and Estates Department are employed by the Police Force. The Head of Estates provides a professional service to both the Chief Constable and the PCC.
