In April 2015 the police and crime commissioner took responsibility for the provision of victims services. Since 2021 the Victim Support is commissioned to deliver services to victims of crime.

National Police Lifesaving Championships

Members of the Police and Crime Commissioner's team will be attending the National Police Lifesaving Championships to engage with members of the public.

For the first time since 1998, Devon and Cornwall Police are hosting the 2018 National Police Lifesaving Championships! The final day of the competition will be held at Haven Bank Outdoor Education Centre in Exeter Quay.

During and after the championships, a multi-agency event will be held to engage with the public about water safety and provide general safety advice.
