Recognising achievement, success and inspiration

Success at the Margaret Damer Dawson Awards 2016

The team that set up the Victim Care Unit have been recognised for their hard work and achievement at this year's Margaret Damer Dawson (MDD) Awards.

Sarah Carlsen-Browne, part of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner's commissioning team, Jackie Lloyd and Aimee Williams have won Evolve Award for development and innovation for its work in setting up the innovative Victim Care Unit in Devon and Cornwall.

The MDD awards are an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contribution of women, and men who support women, across Devon and Cornwall Police.

The awards recognise the achievements of those who inspire people to be the best that they can be, motivate future leaders and encourage the next generation.
