The OPCC is delighted to join colleagues from the NHS and local authorities in producing this 16 page newspaper which tells some great stories about how communities have responded to the Coronavirus crisis.
It also sets out a clear direction for the county’s recovery and will point readers towards help that is available.
“During lockdown many of us got used to living our lives and carrying out business online and it is easy for us to forget that many people have little or no access to the internet,” said Police and Crime Commissioner Alison Hernandez.
“So we have worked with our public sector colleagues, and with great support from Archant newspapers, to produce an paper that helps us talk to many hard to reach groups about staying safe, staying healthy, support that is available and how we are helping communities to move on.
“We have used human interest stories to tell readers about how we are getting things back to normal and to share useful information that might help people to do just that.
“I hope you enjoy it.”
