In April 2015 the police and crime commissioner took responsibility for the provision of victims services. Since 2021 the Victim Support is commissioned to deliver services to victims of crime.

PCC Alison Hernandez visits neighbourhood police base in Dartmouth

Alison Hernandez joined the local policing team in Dartmouth at a coffee morning to showcase the temporary neighbourhood base to members of the public.

The local police team will be based at St John’s ambulance on Collingwood Road while a new police station is under construction in the town centre.

The coffee morning was attended by local residents, councillors, and senior school officials.
