Support for staff from minority groups

We are dedicated to providing a working environment which values the skills of all our staff irrespective of gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, age or religious belief. Our focus is on the abilities of the individual.

OPCC staff have access to a number of support groups and networks. These groups offer mutual support and enable us and the Police Force to get feedback on issues affecting staff in minority groups.
